Admitted to the bar in 2022, he is a member of the Monza Bar Association.
After graduating with a degree in bankruptcy law from the University of Milan-Bicocca, he completed his traineeship at the Monza judicial offices, where he deepened his knowledge of insolvency and civil law.
Upon finishing his legal training, he first collaborated with two Milan-based law firms operating in the field of over-indebtedness procedures and the recovery and management of non-performing loans (NPLs and UTPs). He then joined a leading firm in Monza active in the banking, NPL, and insolvency sectors.
Throughout his career, Luca has provided legal assistance to various insolvency proceedings as well as to companies.
He is certified as an over-indebtedness crisis manager.
