Avvocato since 2018, Ruggero is head of the Privacy and Data Protection practice area at SCAI Legal. In this role, he advises companies and multinational groups on the challenges and risks related to compliance and cross-border management of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), particularly in the luxury, industrial, and retail sectors. He also handles issues related to the processing and management of personal data in corporate transactions.
He has gained significant experience in corporate law and business crisis management, regularly providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to court-appointed bodies in insolvency proceedings.
He regularly advises national and international companies on corporate matters and M&A transactions, including the acquisition/disposal of shares, businesses, or business units, as well as mergers and demergers.
He has been collaborating with SCAI Legal since 2013.
