At an international level, Giorgio has acted in major restructuring and insolvency proceedings involving Italian companies, including: Giorgio is highly recommended in insolvency and restructuring by Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal) and has also held a number of leading institutional positions, including: Stefania Caltabiano has more than 30 years’ international legal and management experience gained both in private practice and in senior in-house roles within highly regulated and infrastructure-driven sectors, including asset management, transport, logistics and railways. She has qualified with a Magic Circle firm and has held executive and general counsel positions within major international and Italian organisations, advising on governance, regulatory, operational and strategic matters in complex international environments. Her experience combines corporate governance, regulatory affairs, risk management and international commercial matters with a strong operational understanding of infrastructure and business environments. Stefania is admitted as an Avvocato in Italy and as a Solicitor in England and Wales. She is the former EMEA Chair and current Business Development Director of LAWorld and is also a member of the Monterey Funds Club, a European network of asset management lawyers. She previously served as General Counsel within the Ferrovie dello Stato Group and later as CEO of a multimodal transport operator.
